Christmas at Velindre: our staff who'll be on shift

While many of us will be spending Christmas at home with our loved ones, the festive season will look a little different for some of our colleagues at Velindre Cancer Service.

Behind the scenes, doctors, nurses, healthcare support workers and support staff will be working tirelessly to ensure our patients continue to receive the highest standard of care.

Their dedication means that treatment doesn’t stop, and every patient is supported with compassion and professionalism, even during the festive and new year period.

We spoke to some of these colleagues to find out more about their role and how they will spend Christmas this year.
