5 Minute Improvement of the Month Winner | December 2023

The Service Improvement Team are delighted to announce that the recipients of the December 5 Minute Improvement of the Month Award are Tracy Morris, Christy Ringsell and Tiffany Bowen from Laboratory Services . Congratulations to you all!

The team had stamps made for the Lab Admin Office which are used on documents that require entering onto ESR, Q-Pulse etc - meaning that when the document goes back to the Labs, staff can be confident that the necessary admin has been completed.  The stamp provides a visual aid and saves time (Timely), effort (Efficient) and interruptions (Person Centred) by removing the need to double check with the office to see if if forms have been processed or not.

All 5 Minute Improvements received in December were scored against the pre-set criteria shown. The top scoring improvements were then presented to SLT to vote on the winner. We had 10 brilliant improvements this month and the competition is getting stronger and stronger - 5 of those were shortlisted to SLT!
