Opportunity for patients and family members to help improve our services

Our Velindre Oncology Academy would like to work with a small group of patients and/or family members to develop a suite of training for healthcare professionals around communication.

We want to better understand your experience of how you were communicated to by letter, phone call, at clinic appointments or the general communication you received during your time within Velindre services. By better understanding your experiences, good or bad, along with what is important to you, we can design an impactful and educational course that can directly improve the communication skills of our staff.

We are hosting a small, informal discussion for patients or family members who feel they can offer guidance and share their experiences of communication. Join us on:
