Introducing the new Interim Executive Director of People and OD

We are delighted to welcome Sarah Jenkins into the role of Interim Executive Director of People and OD at Velindre University NHS Trust.

Sarah brings a wealth of experience as a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), a seasoned Human Resources Director, and a qualified employment solicitor. She joins us from Swansea Bay University Health Board, where she served as Director of Workforce and Organisational Development. Her career spans senior HR leadership roles at Hywel Dda University Health Board, Pobl, and Gwalia, reflecting her deep commitment to people, culture, and organisational excellence.
