Updated nVCC survey

Our project to build the new Velindre Cancer Centre has entered an exciting phase, and we want to know how you feel about it.

It's the Trust's biggest ever project and we need it to work for staff, patients and our local community. With work on the main site now underway, we want to know what's working, and what's not, so we can provide the best possible information and keep everyone updated.

To give everyone a voice during the build, we're going to keep this brief survey open throughout. This means we can keep on top of how much you know about the project, what you want to know and how we can best share information with you. 

All of the responses will be looked at and will help the project team improve how we do things. So get involved and tell us what's on your mind!
