We recognise that some participants want to engage digitally with our service, but need support to access devices, improve their online skills or even connect to the internet.

Therefore, we have compiled some resources below, for people referred from Cardiff and Vale and Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Boards, to find out more about digital support locally in your area.

If you have never been on the internet before or need help to do something on your computer, tablet or phone come along to Digital Fridays in Rhondda Cynon Taff.

Cardiff Council offer Digital Support and Advice to individuals who wish to improve their online skills. They also run schemes for people who do not have a device that connects to the internet or an internet connection at home.

Getting online is an essential part of everyday life, now more than ever and there are a number of ways to do that here in the Vale of Glamorgan.
