nVCC clearance works update

We wanted to let you know about some works related to our new Velindre Cancer Centre.

Our team will be removing some vegetation this week which currently prevents light from supporting our new habitat planting and causes an obstruction during the growing season.

The clearance will take place alongside the adopted path from the Hollybush Estate towards Forest Farm. Work is scheduled to start Thursday, April 3.

There will be warning signs in place and marshals will be present to help pedestrians walk the path when needed.

The works are taking place under the guidance of our licenced ecologists and are scheduled to take two days.
