Our Integrated Medium Term Plan (IMTP) for 2026-2029

We are pleased to confirm that Velindre University NHS Trust's Integrated Medium Term Plan (IMTP) for 2026-29 has been approved by Welsh Government.

The IMTP sets out our priorities and ambitions for the next three years, outlining how we will continue to deliver high-quality services, improve outcomes and support our people while meeting the needs of the populations we serve.

Colleagues are encouraged to take a look at the plan to learn more about our strategic direction and the commitments that will shape our work over the coming years.
