Health Technology Wales to celebrate its fifth anniversary with virtual event

Health Technology Wales is holding a virtual event to celebrate its fifth anniversary on Thursday 8 December.

Registration for the event on Eventbrite closes on Thursday 1 December.

The organisation, which was founded by Welsh Government in 2017 and is hosted by Velindre University NHS Trust, assesses non-medicine health and care technologies and produces national guidance on their use in Wales.

During the virtual event, HTW will look back on its achievements to date and look ahead to what the future holds for the organisation.

There will also be the opportunity to take part in interactive sessions and to meet one-to-one with a researcher to talk through the process of submitting a topic for appraisal.

Speakers will include Eluned Morgan, Minister for Health and Social Services.
