How To Remove the Keep Me Safe App from a Mobile Device

If you no longer want to use the Keep Me Safe App to fill out your SACT/Chemotherapy checklist, please make sure you discuss this with the VAP team before you delete the app from your mobile device. They will still need to capture your pre-treatment assessment answers prior to your next appointment, via telephone.

Find the app on your iPhone home screen. Then press the app but keep your finger held down.

After a few seconds you should see this:

Remove your finger and click “remove app” and the app will then be removed from your phone. You will no longer receive KMS App notifications, and you will not be able to access the SACT/Chemotherapy checklist.
