Outreach Clinic

The Velindre staff treat patients in the Outreach Clinic at

St David’s Foundation Care Centre in Newport on Thursday:

10am - 4pm treatment clinic 

The treatment clinic is based in the St David’s Foundation Care Centre building.

When you arrive there is a receptionist on the ground floor who will direct you to the Velindre Outreach treatment clinic.

Getting there:

From the West / East / M4

  • Leave the M4 at junction 26 then at the roundabout take the exit onto the A4051 (signposted Cwmbran)
  • Carry straight on for about 1½ miles, passing through a few sets of traffic lights
  • There is a small white signpost on the left hand side for the centre
  • Follow the sign until the bottom of the road and the centre is in front of you on the bend.

From the South / North

  • Follow signs for M4, Cwmbran, Caerleon until you see a sign for the A4051 to Cwmbran 
  • Then continue as above (the white sign will be on your right if coming from the north).
