We try to make sure that patients are seen at the appointment time given or at least within 30 minutes. However every patient is different and some conditions may require extra consultant time. We will tell you about any delays.
Sometimes an appointment can be more complex than first envisaged. In these circumstances appointment times can slip. We apologise if your appointment is not on time and politely ask you to bear with us. Our primary aim is to ensure everyone receives the best care.
