Ceri was the former Chief Executive Officer of Newport City Homes (NCH), a social business providing a range of housing in south-east Wales. Prior to NCH she was the Chief Executive of the UK's largest lottery funding distributor and has also held senior roles in in local government.

A Welsh Woman of the Year finalist, Ceri has also held many non-executive positions in the health, education and arts sectors, and remains an active advisor to public service bodies in Wales and Council Member of the Open University.

Ceri's role is to contribute her skills and expertise across a wide range of areas. Her extensive experience in social housing development, innovative funding programmes, and community regeneration brings a number of benefits to Velindre University NHS Trust.
