In striving to make the initiative as environmentally sustainable as possible, we plan to reuse the QR-code wristband wherever possible. If you no longer need the QR-code wristband and can return it to us using the pre-paid envelope at the back of this booklet, the QR-code metal tag can be reset and offered to future patients. The silicone wristband can be recycled.
